It started from another project initiated by the BBS 1 project that had a name of "Youth in their regions". The project was coordinated by Reent Mueller, a foreing language teacher (of Spanish).</div><div> </div><div>He came to Professional Lyceum in 2000 to inspire the teachers of foreing languages (English and German) to start doing intercultural exchange projects. Irina Tarabrina, who is writing this note here, immediately liked the idea and slow but sure started to out these ideas into practice. </div><div> </div><div>And here we are: we have been working on it during the last eight years to help our students of professional Lyceum learn to think outside the box, i.e. think globally.</div><div> </div><div>So it's the story of how it started. At the present moment we have a wiki that we have created to coordinate our projects' work be it big or small.
